Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TenanTrack (the "Service"), operated by Anurag Prem Soni ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who can use TenanTrack

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You're responsible for the accuracy of the property, tenant, and lease information you enter, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. The Service

TenanTrack helps landlords track properties, units, tenants, and rent payments, including generating rent schedules, applying late fees, sending reminders, and producing year-end payment records. TenanTrack does not collect rent on your behalf, is not a party to your leases, and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. You remain solely responsible for complying with the landlord-tenant laws that apply to your properties.

3. Accounts and plans

Plans are billed based on the number of units on your account, as described on our Pricing page. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by law — see our Refund Policy for details. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including violating tenant rights or applicable housing law.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Don't use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, or misleading communications to tenants.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the property, tenant, and payment data you enter into TenanTrack. You're responsible for having the right to enter tenant information into the Service and for your own obligations under applicable privacy law.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that rent schedules, late fee calculations, reminders, or exports will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TenanTrack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including disputes with tenants or missed/incorrect late fees or reminders.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll provide reasonable notice, such as an email or in-product notice, before the changes take effect.
