Refund Policy

This Refund Policy covers paid subscriptions to TenanTrack.
1. No refunds
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
2. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals — you'll keep access to your plan through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and won't be charged again after that.
3. Downgrading or switching plans
If you switch to a lower-priced plan, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle. We don't issue refunds or credits for the unused portion of your current billing period.
4. Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error — such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled — contact us and we'll look into it.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll provide reasonable notice, such as an email or in-product notice, before the changes take effect.
